Bij aankomst op een park van BOX Garage valt één ding meteen op: de stevige sectionaaldeuren van Hörmann. Dit herkenbare design is niet alleen stijlvol, maar straalt ook professionaliteit uit. De garageboxen zelf zijn prefab gemaakt van hoogwaardig beton door Rekers in Duitsland, wat zorgt voor een duurzame en robuuste constructie.
Een gemiddeld park bestaat uit 126 garageboxen, vaak verdeeld over meerdere verdiepingen. Onze grootste locatie vind u in Maastricht. De indeling is slim en overzichtelijk, zodat u altijd gemakkelijk uw box kunt bereiken. Parkeren is geen probleem: er zijn voldoende parkeerplaatsen beschikbaar, zodat u dichtbij uw box kunt parkeren terwijl u bezig bent.
Always safe and accessible
Security is a top priority at every BOX Garage park. All parks are fenced and equipped with electric gates featuring access control. In addition, 24/7 camera surveillance is in place to ensure your belongings are safe at all times.
But safety doesn’t mean limited access. On the contrary, our parks are accessible 24/7. Whether you need to pick up a delivery late at night or start a project early in the morning, tenants and owners always have access to their garage unit.
Features that make a difference
The garage units in our parks offer more than just storage space. Each unit comes equipped with electricity and lighting, allowing it to be used as a workspace or studio. General lighting is also available throughout the park, making it comfortable to use your unit even in the early morning or evening.
Most parks (except Enschede) are also equipped with sanitary facilities, including a toilet and water connection. This is a convenient extra for people who spend longer periods working in their unit, like entrepreneurs who’ve turned their unit into a workshop.
More floors, more possibilities
Voor parken met meerdere verdiepingen (alle parken behalve Enschede) hebben we gezorgd voor maximale toegankelijkheid. Naast meerdere trappen is er altijd een goederenlift aanwezig, zodat zware of grote items gemakkelijk naar de bovenste verdiepingen kunnen worden vervoerd. In deze lift zit ook persoonsbegeleiding, zodat u uw spullen soepel en veilig naar boven kunt brengen. Dit maakt onze locaties ook geschikt voor bedrijven met grotere of zwaardere materialen.
A unique advantage of BOX Garage is dat u uw bedrijf in de meeste gevallen kunt inschrijven op het parkadres. Veel garageboxen beschikken namelijk over een postbus en eigen postadres, zodat u post kunt ontvangen en een professioneel adres hebt voor uw onderneming. Dit is een ideale oplossing voor zzp’ers, kleine bedrijven of startups die geen behoefte hebben aan een groot kantoor, maar wel een professionele uitstraling willen.
